Can a diploma really achieve something like this?

You’re a professional that holds an accredited PhD degree, willing to work hard in order to obtain more responsibility. If, for any this does not happen, you have tried and now it’s time to move on. Should your new boss require some information you can simply state that nobody enjoys doing the same thing for the rest of their lives and that you had reached a dead end.
